Crystal Palace boss Roy Hodgson won't put a date on Connor Wickham's return.
Wickham, out with a knee injury, has not played for a year this week – his last appearance coming in Palace's 5-4 loss to Swansea City on Saturday, November 26 2016.
"There's no time or date as far as he's concerned," Hodgson said.
“He's had a very serious knee injury and it is still being worked on. The last news I had was much more positive that the previous news I had but how long it will take, I still don't know."
Hodgson, meanwhile, insists it's not just Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Wilfried Zaha who are shining.
"It is not just them. The players are giving me reasons to praise and be more than satisfied, but some players get headlines, and Wilf and Ruben are gifted, eye catching players, who will take the headlines," said Hodgson.
"There are others who will be unsung heroes for some, but not for me. They get praise from me."
