Crystal Palace boss De Boer will listen to Newcastle, Leicester offers for trio

Crystal Palace manager Frank de Boer is ready to sell this week.

The Daily Mail says De Boer is hoping for plenty of transfer activity in the final fortnight of the window after his side's poor start to the season leaves them without a point or a goal in two games.

Palace's 1-0 defeat at Liverpool represented a big improvement on a 3-0 home defeat against Huddersfield the previous weekend, but de Boer would still like more players at the club and could be prepared to listen to offers for Leicester City and Newcastle target Andros Townsend, James Tomkins and Martin Kelly to make space available.

He is also resisting attempts to break the bank for Liverpool defender Mamadou Sakho who became a cult hero at Selhurst Park last season under Sam Allardyce. De Boer doesn't believe Sakho's style would suit the footballing philosophy he is trying to introduce at Selhurst Park.
