Crystal Palace boss Frank de Boer says Liverpool's asking price for Mamadou Sakho is too steep for them.
Sakho is up for sale at Liverpool, after his successful six-month loan with Crystal Palace last season.
De Boer insists he'd like to bring the defender back to Selhurst Park, but not at Liverpool's valuation.
He explained: "Everyone knows he had a big impact last season, when available to us, I think he was a quality addition for the club. It's not so now because he's way too expensive for the club."
Liverpool are demanding £30m to sell the defender.
