Crystal Palace are chasing Stoke City utility Geoff Cameron today.
The Sentinel says Palace are understood to be making a serious attempt to lure Geoff Cameron away from Stoke City in an audacious deadline-day deal.
Reports overnight claimed Palace were one of three Premier League clubs interested in the USA international, along with West Ham and Newcastle United.
And while it is understood the Potters are keen to hang-on to the 32-year-old midfielder, Palace boss Roy Hodgson is ready to test their resolve.
Cameron has played at right-back, centre-half and central midfield during a troubled season for the Potters, but they have usually performed better with him in the team.
