Cruzeiro chief Alexandre Mattos has warned Manchester United over their asking price for Everton Ribeiro. United are eyeing the left-sided midfielder for the January market, but Mattos insists he won't be allowed to leave on the cheap.
"There are no deals, just speculation. Everton Ribeiro said that he dreams of playing for Manchester United, then people started talking, and I was told that we would have sold for £8 million, which does not make sense.
"We declined an offer of £10 million last year from a club in the Middle East," revealed Mattos.
