Cruzeiro are pushing to land Manchester City striker Roque Santa Cruz.
The Sunday Mirror says City £17.5million misfit Santa Cruz is wanted by Brazilian club Cruzeiro.
The 30-year-old Paraguayan striker is with La Liga club Real Betis on loan after a nightmare time at the Etihad.
City are willing to take a big loss on the player and let him go for £5million.
