Stoke City striker Peter Crouch says he's settled quickly at the Brit.

Crouch admits he is loving every minute of his new adventure - along with his TV star wife.

Abbey looked to have put her foot in it when she reportedly said she was going to kill Spurs boss Harry Redknapp for deciding it was time for Crouch leave London.

The pair have moved into former England cricketer Freddie Flintoff's £4.5m home in Alderley Edge and Crouch says life couldn't be better.

"I don't know where that came from to be honest," said Crouch.

"She was perfectly happy about it right from the start. She backs me wherever I play.

"She's enjoying it and I'm certainly enjoying playing for Stoke."
