Peter Crouch claims there is no concern within the England squad over John Terry's reinstatement as captain. Coach Fabio Capello has handed Chelsea skipper Terry back the armband ahead of Saturday's Euro 2012 qualifier against Wales after stripping him of the post last year over issues in his personal life.
"There was of talk about there being unrest but I don't think that was the issue at all," said Crouch on Sky Sports News.
"Obviously you're proud whenever you're picked for England and there wasn't really a lot of concern.
"There's no problems with anyone. We're obviously pleased for John and we move on."
Crouch says he and the squad have no problems with Terry wearing the captain's armband.
"Terry has always been fantastic on the pitch, he's led Chelsea to doubles and been there and done it," he said.
"He's a great leader on the pitch and I'm sure he will be again for England.
"He's been captain for a long, long time. The way he wears his heart on his sleeve and goes out and tries to bring out the best in all the others round him is probably why he is such a leader.
"And I think all the players are happy with that."
