Peter Crouch hopes Portsmouth change their tactics next season.

The England striker said: "It's been difficult for me at Portsmouth this season playing up front on my own for most of it.

"The management there said they knew it was difficult.

"I sacrificed myself playing on my own up front, and the three midfielders we were playing were defensive.

"So there wasn't much support. That's why it's nice to play with England and having the support from midfield with the fantastic players we have."
