Crouch hails Redknapp man-management with Spurs fringe players
Peter Crouch says Tottenham's success this season is down to the man-management of Harry Redknapp.
Redknapp has had his run-in with several players this term, but never held grudges.
Some of our players were not getting a look-in at the start of the season but they are doing the business now,” said Crouch, who was restricted to a late substitute's appearance against Chelsea after suffering a virus last week. “I am thinking of players like Gareth Bale, Michael Dawson and David Bentley.
“We have a magnificent squad and if someone has come out of the team, his replacement has done a fantastic job. Now we've got a great chance of finishing in the top four.”

'Arry has done a "triffic" job with the boys this season. Its hard to believe its the same bunch of players that Ramos had for the most part. Belief, confidence and all those other things that go on in a players head are there in abundance thanks to Harry and the staff. If this squad of players is kept together, with one or two firstclass additions in the summer (if we qualify for the CL) can achieve great things for Tottenham. I dont care how much money Citeh have, keep this squad together and we're well ok for the future. COYS!!!!!!!!!!! Yido Yido!!!!!!!!!
Steven Gerrard was a 'fringe' player at Liverpool, but since the trim he looks much better.
