Crouch convinced Stoke can go one better in FA Cup this season

Peter Crouch feels Stoke City have a great chance to go one better this season in the FA Cup.

The Potters face Liverpool in today's quarterfinal.

He said: "When I came here in the summer there was still a lot of talk about last year's final.

"There are pictures around the training ground of last year's success.

"We want to be getting that kind of success every year - the manager speaks so highly of the competition and I know he wants to do well. And for me, winning the FA Cup when I was at Liverpool was absolutely massive.

"My dad was a big Chelsea fan and always used to go on about Peter Osgood scoring in 1970 and we had pictures on the wall.

"So to win it was really special, and whenever I look at my medal, I think of my dad. I've thanked Steven Gerrard so many times!"
