Peter Crouch has pledged his future to new Portsmouth boss Tony Adams following the exit of Harry Redknapp to Tottenham.

England striker Crouch, bought by Redknapp for £11million, said: "I signed for Portsmouth because I believed they were a club on the up, not just because of Harry Redknapp. I am sure Tony Adams will be able to carry on his good work."
