Rangers striker Steven Naismith will have a scan on his injured knee today.

The 25-year old Scotland international fell down clutching his right knee moments after a challenge with Rob Milson early in Saturday's 2-1 win over Aberdeen and fears it may be a similar injury to the one that kept him out for eight months in 2008.

Naismith, who has already scored nine goals this season, will undergo the scan this afternoon with it likely to reveal cruciate ligament damage which could sideline him for the remainder of the campaign.
