Crocked Liverpool striker Sturridge to 'break down door'

Daniel Sturridge will use his recent injury bad luck as a learning guide as he strives to get back to full fitness for Liverpool.

The 25-year old striker has not played a competitive match since the start of September and has not featured for the Reds since August 31 after sustaining two separate thigh injuries and a calf problem.

Sturridge was last week ruled out until the New Year with his new thigh injury and although he admits great disappointment at being sidelined for so long, he vows to return a stronger man and player.

Via his Twitter and Instagram accounts, Sturridge posted the following message thanking everybody for their support and assuring fans he will be back fairly soon.
