After dislocating his shoulder, Liverpool striker Fabio Borini cheered himself up with a visit to McDonald's.

Borini has been ruled out for the season due to the injury.

He was clearly feeling sorry for himself as he gorged on a Big Tasty burger, large drink and large fries - all on the advice of team-mate Lucas Leiva.

Borini tweeted to the Brazilian: "listening your advice!!" along with a picture of his meal. Lucas replied: "perfect my friend. You need to relax now."
