Valencia have moved to secure Cristian Manzanera to a new deal.
The 18 year-old midfielder was coming off contract in June and Los Che chiefs were desperate not to lose the top prospect.
Valencia have handed Manzanera a new contract through to 2013.
The 18 year-old midfielder's buyout clause is now set at €30 million.
