Cribari has jumped to the defence of young Lazio teammate Fernando Muslera after the goalkeeper shipped five goals at home to AC Milan on Sunday.

The Brazilian defender said: "I was very annoyed to see so much coverage on his performance.

"I'm not his lawyer, however, he is a guy whose just arrived, does not know the language, has not yet found a house, has committed some mistakes, but to blame him seems so unfair and we risk burning a guy who has just started his career.

"The faults should be levelled at the teams' defence, starting with me, certainly not only him."
