Crewe Alexandra boss Neil Baker wants to keep hold of Nick Powell.

Powell has been a long-term target for Liverpool, Arsenal and Tottenham.

Baker told The Sentinel: "We're in the lap of the gods as Nick is doing well.

"It is quite obvious that people are recognising his talents.

"We have now got 15 to 20 clubs watching our games and Nick will be their target I'm sure.

"I think playing games regularly here at Crewe would be better for him than going into a development squad at a bigger club."
