Crewe Alexandra boss Dario Gradi is proud to see former Alex midfielder David Vaughan in the Premiership with Blackpool.
Vaughan's former manager Gradi heaped praise on the 27-year-old and said he is very proud of his achievements.
"It is great that there is going to be another Crewe player to play in the Premier League," Gradi told the Blackpool website.
"He is in our hall of fame at the training ground and deservedly so. Vaughany has always been a quiet lad, but it was nice to have a chat about things.
"He is not expected to score too many goals from where he is asked to play, and that is a bit different from his time here because he was expected to score goals here."
