Crewe Alexandra manager David Artell is confident of not losing George Nunn.

Artell has dismissed reports that they are poised to sell 15-year-old Nunn to Tottenham.

"Tottenham haven't picked up the phone to any of us so I'm not sure where it's come from," he told the Crewe Chronicle.

"It's not come from us so if any of the fans are thinking we're speculating to sell our young prospects – we are definitely not. George has a bright future ahead of him and I'm sure it'll be at Crewe Alexandra."
