Hernan Crespo has signed a new contract with Parma.

The former Inter Milan and Chelsea striker was pondering his options, but he's decided to put pen to paper on a deal until 2012.

"I'm happy that I'll be able to play on at Parma for one more season," stated the 35-year-old striker.

The South American joined Parma for the second time in his career in January 2010 - a decade after he left the club for Lazio.
