Craig Gardner is set to leave West Brom this summer.

The Mirror says Gardner looks to be heading out of the Hawthorns exit-door as Birmingham manager Harry Redknapp has rubber-stamped a £2million deal to take him back to his old club.

The Brummie midfielder, Gardner, 30, returned to St Andrews in January from Premier League West Brom for a £500,000 loan fee.

The star, who originally left Brum for Sunderland in June 2011 for £6m, played 20 games in the Championship , scoring twice.
