Coyle persists in wanting Arsenal's Wilshere back at Bolton

Bolton boss Owen Coyle has again confirmed his wish to take Arsenal youngster Jack Wilshere back to the Reebok on loan next season. The 18-year-old midfielder proved a hit with the Trotters when he moved to the Reebok on a short-term deal in January, helping Coyle's side retain their Premier League status.

Coyle believes another loan spell would benefit both Bolton and Wilshere and he has been in touch with the Gunners about a possible deal.

The Trotters boss told Sky Sports News: "We had dialogue over the summer and since we've come back and we'll continue to do that.

"And I've said, and I'm on record as saying, I want to thank Arsenal and Arsene (Wenger) and obviously Jack for coming last year because he certainly helped us and what we're trying to do.

"And again I feel, and I'm a bit biased in wanting him back, but I certainly feel another loan period with us would take him on another level again."
