Bolton Wanderers boss Owen Coyle has no doubts about the commitment of Johan Elmander.
The Swede is off contract in June.
Coyle told the Bolton News: "I know he wants to play for Bolton Wanderers and we'll continue dialogue.
"It may be in the summer that Johan wants to see what his options are. I don't have a problem with that because, apart from being a terrific footballer, he's conscientious and is a great lad. We're very open and honest about how we go about it.
"We've had no contact from any other club. Whether Johan's agent has then that's something I'm not aware of but, knowing Johan, I think if anything had happened he would've been the first to tell me. I know between now and the end of the season he'll try and do his very, very best for the football club."
