Bolton Wanderers boss Owen Coyle felt they made it easy for Hatem Ben Arfa to score his wonder goal for Newcastle United yesterday.
Coyle had to be magnanimous about the quality of Ben Arfa's strike that set the ball rolling for Newcastle.
"It was a tremendous bit of skill and, as a football lover, it's the kind of thing you love to see - just not when it happens to your team," he said.
"The skill, the balance, and the calmness for the finish, it was all there. He is a very talented player.
"For our part, I think Sam Ricketts slipped in the initial challenge and Mark Davies should have stayed on his feet instead of going to ground.
"It was a great goal but there were certain things I think we could have done better."
