Bolton Wanderers boss Owen Coyle is angry over the lack of recognition his team received for defeating Liverpool last week.
Coyle watched his new-look team smash the Reds last Saturday, and the lack of plaudits directed their way has angered the Scot as he prepares his men for an FA Cup fourth round tie at home to media darlings Swansea.
"When a big club lose it's because they have not played particularly well, but sometimes that is because they have not been allowed to play well," said Coyle.
"Liverpool showed their qualities against Manchester City [in midweek], they won and they are in a Cup final. So sometimes people need to have a reality check and give balance."
