Bolton Wanderers boss Owen Coyle admits there will be some big changes to his squad this summer.
Coyle plans to rebuild when the transfer window opens with five out-of-contract players expected to leave - Ricardo Gardner, Tamir Cohen, Jlloyd Samuel, Robbie Blake and Joey O'Brien.
Coyle said: "The great thing for me, given the progress we have already made since coming, is we know there is room for further improvement.
"The club has flirted with relegation in the past but we've not had that. It has finished poorly in terms of results but not performances.
"There will be some people leaving and I will be looking to bring a few in to take us onto the next step.
"I have to make sure we have that strength in depth and it takes time to do that. I certainly know what we need and I will do my utmost to bring those players here."
