Manchester City striker Kelvin Etuhu is a target for Coventry City boss Aidy Boothroyd.
The Mirror says Boothroyd is ready to take another transfer gamble with a swoop for Manchester City striker Etuhu.
Coventry boss Boothroyd has launched a bid to sign Etuhu, just weeks after the 22-year-old was charged with assault.
Etuhu will appear before magistrates later this month after a brawl in a Manchester casino in February.
But Boothroyd still wants to tie up a £300,000 deal for the Nigerian, who has had loan spells with Cardiff and Leicester.
