Sky Sports News claims Coventry are in talks with Steve Cotterill regarding their vacant managerial post. The Sky Blues are in the market for a new boss after parting company with Chris Coleman at the end of the 2009/10 campaign.
Some questioned Cotterill's decision to take charge at Notts County in February, with the Magpies enduring a turbulent season off the field and struggling for consistency on it.
However, he would suffer just one defeat during his time at Meadow Lane, securing the League Two title in the process.
Cotterill has prior experience of working in the upper reaches of the Football League, having worked in various capacities at Sunderland, Stoke and Burnley in the past.
