Coventry insist no offers for Mifsud

Coventry City chairman Ray Ranson has revealed the club have received no bids for in-form Maltese striker Michael Mifsud and wants it to stay that way.

The 26-year-old star has scored braces against Manchester United and Blackburn in the cups this season.

"Our intention is to keep Mifsud and build a side that is capable of promotion as soon as possible," Ranson told BBC Radio Coventry & Warwickshire.
