Coventry City boss Aidy Boothroyd admits he faces goalkeeper Keiren Westwood.
Westwood was linked with Wigan Athletic yesterday.
Both Westwood and Aron Gunnarsson are off contract in June.
"Yes, they can talk to anybody they want," Boothroyd told the Coventry Telegraph. "They don't have to tell me about it and, to be perfectly honest, I won't ask.
"They will do what they need to do and if offers come in they will have a decision to make.
"But we'll continue to talk to Westy and Aron because we want to keep them. They are both terrific players and at this point in time I think this is the best place for them to be, but what will be will be."
