Coventry City are signing Portsmouth defender Martin Cranie.

The Sky Blues have announced they've agreed a fee with Pompey for the England U21 international.

The 22-year-old is due at the Ricoh Arena to undergo a medical and the club are hoping to complete the deal tonight and would be eligible for Saturday's trip to Barnsley.
