Inter Milan midfielder Philippe Coutinho is convinced they can win the Scudetto this season.

Their derby victory has propelled them into joint third place.

"The derby was a wonderful night. We knew how important it would be to win and we are so happy to have achieved that, but now we have to continue," Coutinho told Sky Sport Italia.

"Are Inter on the same level as Juventus and Napoli? Yes, I think so. Inter are doing well, so we hope to improve even more and get to the top of the table.

"Can we win the Scudetto. Yes, I really hope so!"
