Chelsea have agreed to allow Thibaut Courtois to spend a third season on-loan with Atletico Madrid.

The Belgian goalkeeper was set to return to Chelsea and be loaned out to a Premier League rival.

However, he wanted to play Champions League football and Chelsea have this week agreed to let him stay with Atletico. It is also reported the deal will not give Chelsea any sort of preferential option for the signing of Radamel Falcao.
