Thibaut Courtois admits its taken time for Chelsea's players to adjust to manager Antonio Conte's methods.

But the Chelsea stopper, 24, is adamant all the players are now pulling in the same direction and fully behind the former Italy manager.

Courtois, linked with a move to Real Madrid, added: “Everyone gets on board quickly because he is the new manager. You listen to him because he is the boss and he paves the way for us.

“But, obviously, if you are used to certain ways then at the beginning an adjustment is made."
