Courtois camp pushes back Chelsea contract talks - but deny PSG meeting

Thibaut Courtois will wait until the summer to negotiate a new contract with Chelsea.

His camp have denied reports of meeting in secret with representatives from PSG this week.

Courtois' agent Christophe Henrotay said: "I have never heard of that meeting.

"If any club is interested they know what they have to do - find a deal with Chelsea and then talk to me to check my client interest.

"RTBF is a small TV channel in Belgium and sometimes they like a little thrill to keep them alive. But their information is not correct."

But The Sun now claim Courtois has scrapped plans to discuss new terms with the Blues.

His current deal doesn't expire until the end of next season.

But with interest from PSG and Real Madrid swelling, Chelsea have been wanting to improve Courtois' terms.

It seems they'll now have to wait a while until they can follow through with their plan.
