Chelsea goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois has told fans he's okay after suffering a head injury during victory over Arsenal.

Courtois was taken to hospital as a precaution, and took to social media to reveal he is resting ahead of a speedy return to Premier League action.

He tweeted:

Thanks for all the messages! I'm already feeling better. Now I'm resting to be recovered and back on the pitch soon. Great victory yesterday — Thibaut Courtois (@thibautcourtois) October 6, 2014
