More than 3,000 soccer hooligans have just a week left to surrender their passports or risk jail, reports the Daily Star. Notice has been served on 3,111 offenders in England to hand in travel documents at their local police station, to ensure they do not go to the tournament.
Each will be required to sign in on every day that England plays or face prosecution.
The Home Office expects all the thugs to comply with the ban.
The scheme began in 2000 after trouble at the European Championships in Holland and Belgium.
