Tottenham defender Vedran Corluka admits their performances haven't been good enough this season.
"Before this season people were saying we needed to be in the top six, everything we achieve this season is not success because we are not there," he said.
"We are not where we wanted to be."
Spurs face Champions League-chasing Aston Villa tomorrow, a club they want to emulate next season.
"I would like to be in the position that Aston Villa are now," Corluka said. "But we don't have an argument to say that - we are in the position we are.
"We have to do something and then we can say we will stay there but we are far from there now. We can't just talk about targets."
