Southampton midfielder Jack Cork feels they can take a lot from their defeat at Manchester United.

United boss Alex Ferguson claimed the South Coast outfit were the best team to come to Old Trafford this season.

Team GB Olympics star Cork said: "That is a massive compliment from someone who has been around at the highest level since before I was even born."
