Corinthians president Andres Sanchez has dismissed Kia Joorabchian's influence on Manchester City striker Carlos Tevez.

Joorabchian insists Tevez wants to remain in England should he leave City.

But Sanchez says: "Kia is not the manager. The agent is Adrian (Ruocco). Kia is a partner of Tevez, a great friend. If we have to negotiate, we'll send a letter. At the end of the year, let's make another try."
