Corinthians forward Alexandre Pato has revealed that he is ready to make a return to European football amid interest from Liverpool and Tottenham.

When asked oabout the possibility of returning to Europe, the former AC Milan star who is currently on loan at Sao Paulo said: "I do not know, I hope soon."

Corinthians deputy director of football Eduardo Ferreira has earlier claimed that the Brazilian striker will cost £17.5million for any potential suitors.

"At the moment there are only enquiries," Ferreira told Brazilian publication Globo Esporte. "But if a club comes in with an offer of €25m [£17.5m], we will let him go."
