Corinthians president Andres Sanchez is confident beating Boca Juniors for Manchester City rebel Carlos Tevez - should he choose to stay in South America.
Tevez has expressed hopes of staying at home in Argentina.
"I said if he decides to leave Europe that he would come to Corinthians first because Argentina does not have the same [economic] conditions as Brazil and also because it is near there," Sanchez told Globoesporte.
"I just think he is not going to Boca because they do not have the conditions there. But if he gives up 80 per cent of his salary, he will go back to Boca."
