Carson Yeung is facing a player revolt over his treatment of Birmingham City manager Steve Bruce.

Yeung hopes to seal his takeover by Christmas but has withdrawn an offer of a new deal to Bruce made by the outgoing board.

A Blues insider revealed to The Sun: "A lot of players joined because of Steve Bruce. This speculation isn't helping them or the manager."
