West Ham defender Matthew Upson has credited his sports psychologist for his return to the England team.

Upson said: "I use someone who I speak to a lot about my performance.

"We analyse everything - my behaviour, my training - and it's starting to pay off.

"It's a case of finding time to think positively about what you're going to do. Mentally, I'm stronger."
