West Ham striker Craig Bellamy has revealed how he's warming up for Wales' clash with Liechtenstein today - by playing indoor cricket!

"The table-tennis has gone. It's cricket now. I don't know how cricketers do it - my knee tendon is killing me!" said Bellamy.

"We have been playing indoors which the hotel is not too happy with.

"I am an average bowler but I am improving. My fast is very slow to other people! I just hit everything - I'm very smash and grab."
