West Brom boss Tony Mowbray says he's prepared to wait to make the quality signings needed for their Premiership return.
"The chairman is very thorough the way he does his business and I think it is the right way.
"We are trying to build a football club - and you don't do that by grabbing anything that comes along hoping that you get the right one.
"You want quality and if you have to wait for it, and if it is not quite there and you are stuck with a few quid, then you wait for them to become available. Then you have to go and get them."
