All players will wear red T-shirts before kick-off on Saturday and Sunday in a show of support for the campaign, 'Show Racism the Red Card.' Managers will also wear badges in support of the action, while children will carry red banners onto the field of play.
Scotland is one of 40 European countries involved in staging such events as part of the Football Against Racism in Europe network.
SPL executive chairman Lex Gold said: "We are delighted to support the Show Racism the Red Card campaign. We applaud the good work being done.
"But there is no room for complacency and we encourage everyone to support this initiative."
Billy Singh, of Show Racism the Red Card Scotland, added: "Once again, we are delighted that our leading clubs are taking a stand against racism.
"Football is leading the way in trying to change people's attitudes and behaviour within football grounds."
