Released Levante winger Laurent Robert intends to play on this season.

The former Newcastle star agreed a compensation pay-out over his Levante contract last week and is now a free agent.

"For five months my dressing room was a box," said Robert. "I trained on my own.

"Last week, I met with my agent to consider what offers I have. I won't close the door on anything, including a return to France."
