Plymouth Argyle boss Paul Sturrock hopes to eventually sign on-loan Derby winger Gary Teale permanently.

"Gary came on and played very, very well. It's one signing we hope we can make permanent," he said. "We are this unfashionable club in the chase for the play-offs but someone has forgotten to tell my players that!

"Sometimes you look at players and ask yourself would you like to go in the trenches with them? I look at my players and they are exactly the sort of people you would want on your side in the trenches."
